Delivery & returns


Standard delivery is £4.95 for all orders under £100, orders over that amount are free.


Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, however we will endeavour to send your parcel within just a few days and often the following day of your order.

UK Mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail. If you are not at home to receive your parcel Royal Mail's standard procedure is to return the parcel to the local sorting office and leave you a note stating the fact. Alternatively you could always leave a note to postman/postwoman with alternative delivery arrangements at your own risk.

Delayed/Lost Orders

We use Royal Mail as a delivery service for small parcels, a parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Mewies & Co. is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Incorrect & Business Addresses

We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If you have selected to have items sent to a business address please ensure you have permission from the addressee. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or you do not have permission for a parcel to be accepted on your behalf, your package may be returned to Mewies & Co. In such circumstances an extra delivery charge will be incurred to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to be absolutely delighted or completely satisfied with all your purchases from Mewies & Co. for any reason, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.


Simply return your unopened purchases in their original packaging and in good condition to us within 14 days of receipt, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser and we take no responsibility for lost or for goods damaged in transit when being returned to Mewies & Co.


You can cancel an order by emailing quoting your Mewies & Co. order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
